Use of personal data collected
Comments
When visitors post comments on our site, we collect data from the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also known as a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify that you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here : https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile photo will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Medias
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract all location data from images on the website.
Contact Form
If you contact us using the contact form, we collect your name and e-mail address as well as the content of your message. We keep the data submitted via the contact form indefinitely, but you can access, modify and delete the information submitted at any time by sending a request to info@yih.be.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can accept that your name, e-mail address and website be stored in cookies. These cookies are intended to make things easier for you, so that you do not have to provide your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies have a lifetime of one year.

If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a validation queue.
Your data rights
If you have left comments, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
